What hosts ask before starting

Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking.com?

No. Keep listing there and add direct bookings. Your calendar syncs via iCal so dates never overlap.

Does the agent use my WhatsApp number?

Yes. You connect your number from the dashboard through the official WhatsApp API. Turn the bot off in any conversation and reply yourself.

Who receives the booking money?

You do. Stripe, Mercado Pago and PayPal payments go to your accounts; transfers go to your bank. Hauzty never holds your money.

Which currencies can I charge in?

You choose each property’s currency. The agent quotes and charges in it.

What if the agent doesn’t know an answer?

It alerts you by email and SMS, leaves the question on your Today screen and remembers your answer for next time.

What if I have several properties?

$30 USD a month covers your first 3 properties and $5 USD for each additional. With 10 properties you pay $65 USD a month.
